Overview

2XL Commercial Finance successfully secured a £900,000 development facility for a Leicestershire-based business, funding the creation of eight luxury apartments in the sought-after seaside town of Hunstanton. The development sits alongside a brand-new care home project and is set for completion in summer 2025, with marketing campaigns launching in March.

The Challenge

This project presented a unique scenario for 2XL Commercial Finance, as we were appointed midway through the development. Stepping into an ongoing scheme comes with inherent complexities, from aligning with the existing financial structures to ensuring continuity of funding without delays.
