2XL Director Jordan Teeder completed a strong third quarter, with more than £1.95 million in lending activity across 20 loan cases.
The quarter
Throughout Q3, Jordan worked with a range of clients and funding requirements, including supporting property investors with refurbishment projects and portfolio landlords with their ongoing investment strategies.
Across the quarter, 12 loans were completed, helping clients progress a variety of property finance projects.
A further eight cases were offered, involving portfolio properties with scheduled completions.
