MD, Darren Willoughby recently completed a £840k commercial mortgage for a refinance and capital raise for a student property portfolio in Leicester

The deal involved a large portfolio of student property in Leicester which needed to be refinanced and also allowed further funds to be raised to support further acquisitions – A tough ask given the current marketplace but given we have access to multiple lenders this ensured a great deal for the clients
