This long established 72 bedroom hotel was completely refurbished and extended several years ago and enjoys an enviable position in the centre of historic Harrogate. 2XL were asked to refinance an existing bank debt on terms more in line with the plans and aspirations of the business. Tim Bamber was able to put in place a package with a new lender despite the difficulties surrounding the hotel sector.
